Refund policy

ORIGINALS: No returns or refunds are to be made on orders of original pieces.
COMMISSIONS: Because each painting is made to order, no returns or refunds are accepted. If you have an issue with your commission, contact me at paintedbybristol@gmail.com and I will make it right.
LIVE WEDDING PAINTINGS: If something comes up on the day of your wedding that results in a cancellation, your initial deposit will NOT be refunded. Payments beyond the deposit will be refunded in the case of a cancelled wedding. No returns or refunds in cases other than cancellations.
